Turf & Paver Walkway: A Front Yard That Finally Flows
This Arvada front yard had healthy space but no structure — nothing guided you through it, and the lawn did all the work. The plan: a paver walkway with crisp banding to give the yard a spine, framed by clean turf that stays green without waste.
The scope

How we built it
Base preparation is the whole game with pavers — excavation, compaction, and drainage before a single paver is placed. Then the walkway and banding went down, edges were cut, and turf finished last so it established without construction traffic.
The result
A front yard that used to be a plain lawn now has a walk that invites you in — and pavers that will still be flat and tight after years of Colorado freeze-thaw, because the base was built right.
