A striking modern-farmhouse home with outdoor spaces that hadn’t caught up: a bare strip of side yard, a small concrete pad out back, and a front yard with no definition from the street.
Our clients wanted everything working together, front and back. In front: a new fence with brick masonry columns and black steel panels, two gates, and fresh grass. On the side: a new fence — which required permitting we handled. In back: a real outdoor room — gas fire pit, pergola, and surfaces built to host.

This project shows what design-build really means at this level. The gas fire pit required trenching and directional boring for the gas line — we coordinated directly with the gas company for permitting and pressure testing. The steel pergola was custom fabricated and welded with our industry partner, then set over new concrete: a pad, steps, and steppers poured as one composition.
Artificial turf ties the spaces together with zero-maintenance green. And the fence isn’t from a catalog — brick masonry columns anchor black steel panels, with two custom gates framing the entry.

Masonry. Welding and fabrication. Concrete. Gas plumbing, permits and inspections. Directional boring. Turf. Gates. One owner-led team keeping every piece — and every inspector — on schedule.
The result: a front yard with presence from the curb, and a back yard that became the family’s favorite room. Fire at the turn of a key, shade under steel, string lights overhead — and not one weekend of maintenance required.

Most complete outdoor living builds range from $75,000 to $200,000+, with single features starting around $35,000. Every one starts with a conversation — we respond within one business day.
