Our approach

On-demand fire, done right

A built-in gas fire pit is the centerpiece a great patio is built around. We construct custom fire features plumbed directly to your gas line — clean, instant, and permanent, with no hauling wood or managing embers.

Designed and built into your hardscape, it anchors your gathering space and extends your outdoor season well into the cool months.

Craftsmanship & safety

Every fire feature is a small construction project: gas line sizing and trenching, proper venting, non-combustible construction, and the permits your city requires. We handle all of it — design, gas plumbing coordination, masonry and inspection — so what you get is beautiful and safe.

Investment

What does a custom fire feature cost?

Fire features are usually built as the centerpiece of a larger patio or outdoor living project. Most complete projects range from $35,000 to $200,000+, depending on the feature (fire pit vs. full outdoor fireplace), materials, gas line work, and the space built around it. After a site visit, you'll get a detailed proposal with a clear scope and a firm number.

Gas Fire Pits FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a gas line already?

We plumb the fire pit to your natural gas line as part of the build. If access needs to be extended, we'll plan for it up front.

Fire pit or outdoor fireplace — how do we choose?

Fire pits gather people in a circle and keep sight lines open; fireplaces create a dramatic focal wall, block wind and add privacy. On larger projects we often design for one now and rough-in for the other.

Do you handle permits and gas line work?

Yes. We coordinate licensed gas plumbing, pull the required permits, and build to code through final inspection.

Can it be part of a patio project?

Yes — a built-in fire pit is best designed into the patio and hardscape from the start, as one integrated space.
