Colorado water providers are paying communities to convert thirsty common-area turf. We help your board scope a project that qualifies, support the application, and build the work.
HOA boards converting 5,000+ sq ft of common-area turf can apply for a free consultation program (limited spots) and receive a completion grant of $1 per square foot, up to $7,000 (location-dependent). The City of Arvada is a participating water provider, and applications for the 2027 program cycle are open. The program even helps boards select a qualified contractor — that conversation is where we come in.
Program terms, amounts, and availability are set by Resource Central and participating water providers and can change; we confirm current details with you on your free call. Additional local rebates may apply depending on your water provider.
