Maintenance that
keeps your landscape thriving

A beautiful landscape is an investment — and like any investment, it needs ongoing care to deliver its full value. Colorado Native Landscapes & Design provides landscape maintenance services that keep your Front Range yard looking its absolute best through every season.

We understand Colorado's seasonal cycles better than anyone — when to prune native plants, when to fertilize, how to prepare for Colorado winters and what spring cleanup involves for the specific plants and features in your landscape. Our maintenance approach is tailored to your specific yard, not a generic routine.

Janice also provides follow-up visits after new installations to ensure plants are establishing correctly, irrigation is performing as designed and any issues are caught and corrected early. This ongoing relationship is one of the things our clients value most about working with us.

Common questions
Frequently asked
questions
Do you provide ongoing maintenance for landscapes you install?
Yes — we offer maintenance programs specifically for landscapes we've installed. Janice follows up after every project and we can schedule ongoing seasonal maintenance visits to keep your landscape looking its best. Contact us to discuss a maintenance program tailored to your specific yard.
What does spring cleanup involve for native plant landscapes?
Spring cleanup for native gardens involves carefully removing last year's dead stems — which are actually valuable winter habitat for beneficial insects. We time this to after the last frost so overwintering insects have had a chance to emerge. We also assess plant health, adjust mulch layers and evaluate irrigation systems after winter.
