A classic Arvada story: a brick ranch with good bones, hidden behind a struggling lawn, overgrown shrubs crowding a narrow, cracked concrete walkway, and a plain driveway that did nothing for the home. Our clients were done watering grass they never used — and they came to us with a clear vision.
They wanted every blade of grass gone, replaced with a landscape on drip irrigation — with fruit trees, garden boxes on drip, night lighting, and pavers they’d already fallen in love with. Not a maintenance project: a front yard that works for how they actually live.

This is what collaboration looks like: the clients brought their paver selection and their wish list; we brought the design that made it all one experience. A wide, winding paver walkway replaced the cracked strip of concrete. The driveway became a charcoal paver surface that reads like an entry courtyard. Boulders, columnar evergreens, and drought-tolerant plantings replaced the lawn — every plant, fruit tree, and garden box on efficient drip irrigation.
And because a front yard should welcome you home after dark too, we wove in night lighting that carries the whole design into the evening.
Grass removal and grading. Irrigation converted to drip. Paver driveway and walkway set on an engineered base built for Colorado freeze-thaw. Garden boxes built and plumbed, fruit trees planted, lighting wired and aimed. One owner-led team from first sketch to final stone.

The dusk photo says it best: a curving paver path glowing under new lighting, framed by boulders and blooming hyssop — a first impression that finally matches the home. And the water bill dropped with the lawn.
Most of our design-build projects range from $35,000 to $200,000+, and every one starts with a conversation. We respond within one business day.
